This Privacy Policy describes how Quadroo, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our mobile applications: Quadroo, Mossfall, and Huenite (collectively, the "Apps"). By using any of our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Our Apps do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to play. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other directly identifying information.
Game progress, high scores, settings, and in-app purchase status are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device except as described below.
Some of our Apps integrate with Apple Game Center for leaderboards. If you are signed into Game Center, your scores may be submitted to Apple's servers in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not store or have access to your Apple ID or Game Center profile.
Mossfall uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (such as the IDFA on iOS) to serve personalized advertisements, subject to your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission choice. If you decline ATT permission, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. Purchase records are verified through Apple's StoreKit framework and a purchase flag is stored locally on your device.

Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
All game data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal information. Third-party services (Apple, Google) maintain their own security practices as described in their respective privacy policies.

Because we do not collect or store personal information on our own servers, most data rights (access, deletion, portability) are exercised through Apple or Google, depending on the service. To delete your Game Center data, manage your Apple ID in Settings. To manage advertising preferences, adjust your ATT settings or visit your Google account settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
